1)Initial assessment and evaluation. Involves technology research, requirements specification, graphic design concept discussion, preliminary system design, market and competitors research

2)Project planning and estimation. Planning application design, work breakdown structure(WBS), project schedule, cost and time estimation

3)Project development.

3.1)User interface: sketching->prototyping->graphic mockup->HTML/CSS-> crossbrowser testing

3.2)Application: prototype->basic structure->adding features->testing->applying design->testing->acceptance

4)deploying on client’s server, testing
