Business models

We offer 3 most popular models of cooperation. Each assumes different client’s(i.e. yours) involvement in development process and sharing risks

1)fixed price

We agree on project scope and requirements, evaluate the cost and duration of project and sign an agreement with fixed project cost. The client doesn’t share any risks and gets the finished solution in specified terms. The cost is calculated based on experience with similar projects and estimated effort. This model allows some requirements flexibility which would lead to the cost and timelines re-estimation.

2)time and material

This model is usually used in the projects with evolving requirements or when for some reasons it isn’t possible to estimate the effort and evaluate the risks(e.g. new technologies or platforms involved, 3rd party code integration, existing systems reengineering). The work is being done according to agreed plans but the cost is being calculated after certain project stages(milestones) based on total time spent. This model assumes sharing the risks with client in case if the work takes more time than estimated but can be more cost-efficient than fixed price in some cases and overall gives client more flexibility

3)dedicated team

Sometimes you may need a team working for you exclusively for you. Usually in companies like ours  there is a pipeline of projects and the developer(s) with the skills you need is occupied by other jobs eventually, whereas you need him full time available for your projects(s). If this is your case you need a dedicated developer or team, which acts as if it was your developer, just located in our office. This model provides the most flexibility for the client – you control what he does, communicate directly with team, define the schedules and operating time
